How it works

How to Make a Ceiling Fan Outfit Change Video from One Photo

For people and pets: the camera looks straight down at a subject on a rug, and passing fan blades hide the costume changes. Upload a photo to create this effect; no filming beneath a real fan or spinning around is needed.

How to make it

  1. Upload your photo

Choose Person for an adult portrait or Pet for a dog or cat. Add one clear photo you have permission to use, then sign in with Google when prompted. Your photo uploads privately when you continue to checkout or generate.

  2. Choose your tier

Standard is recommended for subtle natural movement. Fast uses photo animation without generated blinking or body motion; Pro offers premium motion. Review the selected tier and buy one video or a pack of three. There is no free generation or subscription.

  3. Your video starts after payment

After payment is confirmed, your selected photo and effect enter the generation queue. Wait for the order confirmation, then you can leave the page. Processing continues in the background.

  4. Download the result

Sign in to the same account and open My Videos to check progress and download your finished clip within 6 days. The 15-second 720p 9:16 MP4 has no watermark and comes without sound; add your own music after downloading.

What you get

  • 15-second vertical MP4

Five costume looks with continuous fan motion. 720p, 9:16, without sound, no watermark.

  • Person and pet options

Use an adult portrait or a photo of your pet. Both have the same duration and pricing.

  • Private files

Source photos are kept for 24 hours and finished videos for 6 days.

  • Failed generation credits returned

Confirmed generation failures return your video credit. Uncertain tasks receive manual review and are not automatically regenerated.

Photo tips

  • For a person

Use a clear photo of one adult with their face visible and even lighting. Include the body where possible. Avoid group shots, face-covering accessories and heavy filters; use your own photo or get permission from the person shown.

  • For a dog or cat

Choose Pet and use a photo of one animal. Keep its face, ears, paws and body inside the frame, with space around the edges. Avoid a person holding the pet or objects hiding its body. You do not need to photograph your pet from above.

  • What stays consistent

The intended result keeps a fixed overhead view and places each outfit change behind a passing blade. You do not need to upload a reference video or write a prompt. The costumes are AI-created looks, not exact replicas of clothes you own.

  • Check the examples and your result

The person and pet examples on this page are Fast photo animation previews, not Standard or Pro motion demos. Results vary by photo. Check the face, ears, paws and costume edges around each blade pass; AI can alter likeness or clothing details.

Before you pay

  • Sign-in is required to buy credits and to generate. Credits are bought before generating.
  • Initial estimate, not a guarantee. Busy periods and extra checks can take longer. Once your order is confirmed, you can leave and return to My Videos.
  • A render that definitely fails returns the credit to your balance.
  • Source photos are kept for up to 24 hours and finished videos for 6 days. You can delete a finished video earlier.
